While our fine jewelry is designed to be worn and loved daily, it is still delicate and requires thoughtful care to maintain its brilliance. Follow these guidelines to keep your jewelry in optimal condition:

Daily Care Tips

• Remove jewelry before daily rituals such as showering, applying lotion, spraying perfume, or using hair products.

• Take off jewelry before strenuous activities like exercising, swimming, or cleaning. For rings, consider using a keychain pouch or slipping them onto a chain around your neck while at work or the gym.

• Avoid exposure to chemicals such as cleaning products, chlorine, and beauty products, which can damage metals and gemstones.

• At night, store your jewelry flat in a soft dish, pouch, or jewelry box to prevent scratching or tangling.

Watch Care: Pre-Owned and New Timepieces. To ensure the longevity of your watch:

• Avoid water and moisture exposure, especially for vintage models, as many were not built with modern water resistance standards.

• Store watches in a cool, dry place and avoid direct exposure to sunlight or magnetic fields.

WARRANTY:

At Consider the Wldflwrs, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer complimentary prong tightening and professional cleaning for life. All CTWF jewelry is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects in its structural integrity. If you believe your piece has a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We offer a one-year manufacturing warranty on all CTWF jewelry purchases. During this time, any necessary repairs related to craftsmanship will be covered. Please note that repairs due to normal wear and tear are not included, and the customer may be responsible for those costs.

After one year, we’re happy to continue offering repair services for your well-loved piece - small service fees may apply.

We highly recommend adding your fine jewelry to your homeowners, renters, or individual insurance policy to protect against loss, damage, or theft.

Pre-Owned Watches: All pre-owned timepieces come with a 6-month CTWF warranty covering timekeeping and mechanical performance. This does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or misuse.

RETURN POLICY:

• Made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

• In-stock, ready-to-ship pieces may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of in-store purchase or delivery.
