Position Summary
As a Jewelry Sales Professional, you’ll be an integral part of our in-store team, helping clients discover pieces that reflect their milestones, memories, and stories. You’ll bring warmth, clarity, and excellence to every interaction, whether assisting a first-time visitor or guiding someone through creative ways to reset their heirloom stones.
You’ll be expected to build relationships, take initiative in meeting goals, and deliver a polished experience at every touchpoint, both in-store and digitally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-first environment and is passionate about both people and beautiful things.
What You’ll Do
• Welcome and assist clients in-store, guiding them through meaningful purchasing decisions with warmth and intention
• Offer exceptional customer service across all channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
• Share the story behind our pieces with clarity and confidence, using language that reflects our brand voice
• Stay knowledgeable about our collections, including bridal, fine jewelry, and designer pieces
• Help clients navigate repairs, exchanges, and service needs with professionalism and care
• Maintain clean, organized visual merchandising and uphold our storefront standards
• Process payments via POS systems and support day-to-day store operations
• Keep client notes up to date, tracking preferences, important dates, and follow-ups
• Assist with inventory, product knowledge updates, and internal communications
What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience in fine jewelry, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales (or a strong desire to grow in this space)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong appreciation for aesthetics and service, with a natural instinct to anticipate client needs
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating systems like Shopify, Podium, and Google Drive
• Eager to learn about gemstones, repairs, and design processes
• Weekend availability and reliable transportation
Nice to Have
• Experience in jewelry, fashion, buying, or clienteling
• GIA certification or gemological knowledge
• Familiarity with jewelry terminology or the custom design process
